Community HOA Pool

The HOA pool is open to residents from mid-May – September and for residents to enjoy and cool off during hot summer months. To access the pool, residents are provided a pool code and must have paid their annual HOA dues.
Pool Rules
Members who violate the following pool rules may be subject to losing access to the pool.
1. Members, their families, and guests shall use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK. Members understand that THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL.
2. Only members in good standing (annual dues current, no covenant violations, etc.) may use the pool facilities.
3. The pool opens at sunrise and closes at sunset.
4. No loud or offensive music is permitted.
5. Swim diapers must be used on all babies and toddlers.
6. Members are allowed guests and must always accompany the guests. Do not admit unknown guests to the pool area. Parties larger than 8 must contact the Stagecoach Trace Residential Association Board of Directors to request approval ahead of time.
7. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21+. Children under the age of 10 shall require the presence of a parent or adult guardian at all times.
8. No running, pushing, foul language, or general roughhousing will be permitted in or around the pool.
9. No diving or running and jumping into the pool allowed.
10. No food is allowed in the wet deck area. Non-glass food containers are allowed in the pavilion area. No glass is allowed anywhere.
11. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
12. No tobacco or vaping allowed.
13. Please be considerate of others by not throwing hard objects, including pool furniture, using large floats, or bringing water guns in the pool.
14. Street clothes and shoes are not allowed in the water. Proper swim attire must be worn.
15. Safety equipment should not be disturbed except in case of an emergency.
16. All pool visitors are expected to respect the pool facilities by helping to maintain clean and sanitary conditions at all times.
17. Persons with contagious or infectious health conditions are not permitted in the pool or pavilion areas.
18. Put all trash in trash cans.
19. No animals are allowed at or around the pool except for service animals.
20. No skateboards, bikes, or scooters allowed inside the pool fence or on the sidewalk.
21. The gates to access the pool should not ever be propped open, and entering the pool by climbing the fence is never allowed.
22. The bather load is 57 persons.
23. As a member of the Stagecoach Trace Homeowners Association, you have the authority to enforce the rules governing the use of the pool facilities and to require any person in violation of such rules to leave the premises.
Pool Reservations for Events
The pool is typically available for reservation on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. or Saturdays 8 a.m. until noon for a 2-hour period only. The maximum number of attendees cannot exceed 20 as the pool capacity is 57 bathers and we must allow for other residents to enjoy the pool.
A cleaning/damage deposit of $100 must accompany the pool reservation form and be submitted to Stagecoach Trace Residential Association no less than 1 week prior to the reservation. The check is to be made payable to Stagecoach Trace Residential Association. The full amount will be refunded once the pool is inspected after the party. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the event to receive a refund.
1. The pool will be inspected before and after the reserved time.
2. The member must be present at all times during the event.
3. The member is responsible for guest attending the event, even insuring proper conduct in the pool and surrounding areas.
4. The member is responsible for any damage done to the pool area.
5. The member is responsible for clean up after the event.
6. The member is responsible to ensure guests do not park in unmarked areas.
7. The member is responsible for observing the posted pool rules and insuring guests do as well.
